Convenient, Easy to Use Controls
(click photo to enlarge) Very suitable for elderly and infirm owners. Detailed instructions which are easy for anyone to understand.
The Digital Display has large easy to read numbers which displays the actual room temperature and "set" thermostat temperature, in heating mode, and when the heater is OFF it displays current time. "Manual" or "Automatic" operation by pressing the MAN or AUTO a selector switch.
Automatic Setting
Two "programmable" electronic thermostats cater for ordinary comfort heating, (when the room is occupied), and another, "set-back" thermostat operates the heater at a lower room temperature overnight. A programmable time clock selects the appropriate thermostat for the selected hours of "ordinary" and "setback" use.
With either thermostat, as the heated space is warmed by the ultra quiet 3 speed circulating air fan, the three stage burner automatically reduces from high fire, to medium fire, to low fire, and vice versa, as room temperature changes.
When set to "Automatic", the time clock stops the heater at 2am each day, (for approx 10 minutes), and the burner fuel nozzle is automatically cleaned. The previous heating programme automatically resumes after cleaning is complete.
Manual Setting
Simply set the thermostat to the desired room temperature (displayed on the digital readout) and press the Burner ON button. Ignition is automatic. The room is warmed and maintained to the thermostat set temperature. The room circulating fan automatically varies speed to suit actual room conditions. Other than pressing the ON and OFF button, all functions are automatic.
