Combustion Chamber & Flue
The Combustion Chamber and Flue are fully sealed so that no diesel fumes can enter the heated space. Made of high quality Stainless Steel, (SUS 430 Grade) the entire combustion chamber, flue pipes and balanced flue assembly, cannot rust or corrode.
The balanced flue assembly (see balanced flue for more information) passes through a 70mm (2 3/4 inch) diameter hole through an outside wall. For most installations a high level flue is unnecessary, (but is an option - inquire).
To install the balanced flue, disassemble it not the two parts as it is supplied. Fit one part into the wall hole from the inside of the wall, and the other part from the outside of the wall, "screw" the two together (the two parts are actually threaded for this purpose), and when "tight" with the wall between the two parts - the flue is installed. The outer pipe of the balanced flue (the green pipe in the photos) is always cool, so it is no problem to install the balanced flue assembly directly into a wall made of highly combustible materials with complete peace of mind safety. The TOYOTOMI Laser system is 100% approved by NZ Approval Authority ERMA (The Environmental Risk Management Authority - Wellington).
When the Laser and its Balanced Flue assembly is installed as per the simple, basic, user friendly instructions, the combustion air is 100% supplied from outside, and the exhaust gasses are delivered to outside. The pipes are gasket and hose clip sealed so that no diesel fumes or combusted gasses can ever escape into the occupied heated space.
